- Discrepancies is followed up with the necessary authorities till shorted out and sanctioned vise cash, stock inward or outward, tester damage billing etc.- Weekly Review take every Category wise with Staff According to Highlight , Lowlight and next Action plan.- Cutting down the expenses which come under avoidable head in the P & L.- Ensuring the count correction is done properly on daily basis as this plays very important role in the auto replenishment process. No negative stock should be on the shop floor.

- Handle the team of 11 CSO (Customer Supporting Officers) - Monitoring team AHT (Average Handle Time) in each team member.- Maintaining the personal Reports, sorting out their leaves and other issues.- Motivate team for provide proper information to customer & try to solve in first call ( No call reputation )- Monitoring Call standard & fatal Reports.
