As an Assistant Construction Manager, my focus has been on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets by managing operating agencies responsible for various activities. I have developed data analysis structures for these activities to identify ways to improve their effectiveness and productivity. Additionally, I have managed two material production units and worked towards their maximum utilization, ensuring timely availability of material and equipment to achieve daily targets without fail.My role has also included managing Indian Railway clients and obtaining their approval of designs and executed scope on a daily basis. I have prepared and analyzed MIS reports related to summary, budget, cost, and inventory, providing accurate information to senior leadership to facilitate effective business decisions and plans. I have acted as the single point interface between the client and internal stakeholders for daily progress updates and review meetings, while defining the scope, timelines, and limitations of the project.I have monitored assets, including manpower and machinery, for optimum utilization and worked closely with various departments such as supply chain, execution, safety, design, and quality to identify key improvement areas and increase productivity. My educational background in Civil Engineering and my skills in Project Management, Advanced Excel, MS Office, Calquan, and Tableau (Pursuing) have been beneficial in my role.In addition to my education, I have completed various training programs, including MS Excel Advance, Calquan 2017, and Primavera Basics by L&T HQ and L&T IPM. I have also completed an Executive Development Program by SCMHRD and participated in Team building and Time management programs conducted by L&T IPM.
