Project Title: Identify the root causes and eliminate leakage in Ezee 40gm packaging. Used the six-sigma DMAIC approach to successfully identify root causes and reduced leakage by 53.89% which lead to cost savings of ₹12.67 LPA. Also proposed an AI-assisted machine vision system to automate quality inspection with cost savings of ₹16.8LPA.
