As the Team Leader of Employee Lifecycle APAC, I manage the HR service component for over 8000 employees at Hitachi Energy, a global leader in power and energy solutions. I lead a team of ten professionals who ensure efficiency and quality in the operations and service delivery, from hiring to retiring. We handle onboarding, data management, leave of absence, and exit administration, as well as compliance and audit requirements.With 13+ years of experience in HR Operations, I have a strong background in business process improvement, employee training, and people analytics. I have successfully completed three transitions and handled HR Operations in the US and India regions, contributing to productivity, culture, and cost saving initiatives. I have also been a Subject Matter Expert in Employee Life Cycle and People Analytics, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making and transformation. My goal is to leverage my expertise and skills to enhance the employee experience and enable the growth and success of Hitachi Energy.
