I am a Software engineer with extensive experience in development of Finance and HR modules.I started my career as a PeopleSoft developer and built applications for Core HR functionalities, Base Benefits and Security modules. Later, I took on the go-live support to trouble shoot and resolve production issues. During this time, I also managed North America payroll processing for a leading Canadian bank.Subsequently, I developed and supported applications in Finance module. Specifically, I managed processes in Order Management, Billing, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable and Procure to Pay modules.More recently, I managed the QA efforts in deployment of Finance applications for a large Insurance company in Texas, USA. I led a team of 5 to ensure the application development was delivered with speed and quality. I worked closely with the Business during requirements gathering, discussions and providing timelines for testing process.
