• Developing and initiating projects based on Waterfall or Agile methodology, including managing cost, schedule, and performance in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and staff.• Identifying plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives by setting realistic timelines and checkpoints.• Create and present a comprehensive project kick-off presentation. Conduct a kick-off call to align stakeholders on project objectives, scope, and expectations.• Develop and manage RAID logs (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), strategically prioritizing and implementing mitigation plans to proactively reduce risks and minimize potential impacts on projects. Oversee the compilation of weekly status reports outlining project progress.• Demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of Project Control, encompassing cost control, meticulous schedule adherence, adept risk management, and effective change management strategies.• Securing necessary approvals prior to project commencement and preparing Go-live formalities.• Collaborate closely with the assigned Project Manager, actively seeking guidance and input during critical phases to enhance project outcomes.• Audit for Approval: Conduct a thorough project audit to ensure compliance with standards and requirements. Seek necessary approvals before proceeding to the next project phase.• Formal Handoff to Production Support, facilitate a smooth transition by sending a formal email detailing project deliverables and relevant information to production support teams.• Move Project to Archive & Lessons Learned Call: Organizing the archiving process, and documenting project outcomes and artifacts to extract valuable insights for future projects.
