Lead Product Manager Ii
Current• Driving implementation of product strategy with the aim to increase sales, adoption and client experience for Talent Management products• Defining and maintaining quarterly and yearly product roadmaps to align with the strategy and fiscal year goals for the business unit• Conducting Market Research and Competitor Analysis to recommend product enhancements and features based on trends and insights• Actively engage with clients to uncover pain points, understand user behavior and validate hypotheses • Authoring user stories and prioritizing backlog features to align with roadmaps using frameworks like the KANO Model, RICE or Weighted Sum model• Collaborating closely with UX Designers, Developers, Architects and other internal partners to scope, wireframe and design optimal solutions • Working with external third-party vendors and partners on system integrations to ensure connected experience for clients • Engaging closely with client facing business partners like Sales, Implementation and Client Service teams on feature release and Go-To-Market activities• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build alignment on feature release plans like controlled pilots, General availability, client upgrades and migrations• Build collaterals for product positioning, and messaging and engage with clients through product demos and training• Defining and monitoring success metrics for products to drive adoption, task success and facilitate data-driven decisions on features and initiatives
