I am graduated with Chemistry Honours from Magadh University, Bodhgaya in 1995. After working in contracting company India and abroad joined with Uhde India pvt Ltd, Jaihind Projects Ltd, Chemtex Global Pvt Ltd, Reliance industries Ltd, Engineers India Limited. l am having more than 20 years experience in the field of material control and warehouse management. Mostly I have worked in oil and gas refinery field.  Recently I have worked with M/s Engineers India Limited, DORC Nigeria location with a proven record of developing and optimising the most strategic activities. In my current position, I successfully lead creative strategy and internal development teams. Specially I have:• Maintaining and controlling store compliance in all areas including material receipt section, storage/stock, issuance and material return activities.• Ensure effective planning, staff training, development and time management maintaining the smooth function of day-to-day operation of the warehouse.• Maintaining good staff relationship through effective communication, leadership, discipline and motivation.
