Overall Electrical In-charge of Solar Projects execution at Site level including all Electrical AC & DC works.• Microlevel (day wise/ weekly / monthly / looking ahead – 3 months) Planning & Co-ordination of all including engineering, procurement, erection, testing & commissioning & monitoring of contract performance (Schedule, Delays, Change Orders, Penalties, Compliances etc.) for Solar Project w.r.t. Electrical activities. • Preparation & tracking of Project Schedule / implementation plan. Application of execution strategy to implement the project within the schedule & Budget.• To conduct weekly project status meetings with the team & other stake holders & to document all decisions / outcomes.• Review all subcontractor QA plan & procedures and bring all plans into conformance with project requirements.• Review plans and procedures periodically and institute changes if necessary.• Prepare & submit DPR to HO & review it on daily basis.• Adhere all Safety & Quality norms as per Company standards & maintain zero LTI throughout Project execution.• Implement all Safety procedures & process at Site as per HO guidelines.• Verify & ensure timely bill of EPC Contractor against work completion as per Milestone payments.• Anticipates the delays, Project risks and projects the same to the Site Manager & Project Manager as appropriate in the prescribed DPR.• Responsible for Civil & Electrical activities, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all major AC & DC Electrical Equipment like Inverters, IDT’s, SCB / SMB, SCADA System & it’s associated accessories, Electrical Panels, LA and String Testing of all DC side equipments including complete Plant Earthing.• Responsible for execution of all safety & monitoring equipments.• Responsible for all Site level Statuary & Non-Statuary approval from various Govt. Agency in close coordination with Site Manager & Turnkey EPC Vendor for smooth commissioning of Solar Projects within time period.

Responsibility: Project Planning and scheduling Vender / Sub contractor Evaluation coordination, selection and finalization Co-ordination between site and design team, and resolving design and field related issues Review of Engineering drawings and construction drawings, foundations, vetting of vendor drawings Team leading with overall responsibility for administering and managing services, design and construction from BD/project acquisition phase to completion and commissioning/hand‐over Represent the Company in front of the clients, third parties, authorities etc Support to BD team in the feasibility stage (preliminary Due Diligence, authorization status, planning, budgeting) Support the Estimation team in project budget structuring and cost‐control management Multiple site handling Responsible for handling the project finances for site team Serve as point-of-contact for customers/clients during each project Providing progress reports and other status updates to client and management as per requirement Reviewing and sending daily report to President regarding work status and issues on sites Team Planning and creating team for different site Logistic process planning and coordination with SCM team for timely delivery of material at Site Support to HR dep. in the accomplishment of human resources objectives.

 Project costing, BOM/BOQ preparation, project planning & scheduling. Vendor development, Project management and team management. Project design (layout, GA drawing, SLD and structural drawings) finalization.  Site assessment, feasibility analysis, Risk analysis, Detailed project report, Operation and maintenance report, site hand over report preparation. Responsible for On-Grid and Off-Grid /Hybrid solar system design. Project approvals from clients and Govt. bodies. (SNA, SECI and MNRE) Project execution and implementation and timely delivery of projects.

 Responsible for complete project planning and scheduling, execution, preparation of layout, site survey, procurement, vendor finalization as well as client liaising for payments and all other project related activities.  Responsible for sizing calculation of PV module, battery, PV inverter and charge controllers etc. Approx. 1 MW solar project execution experience in Haryana and other state. BOM/BOQ preparation, DPR preparation, proposal preparation, net metering & subsidy project handling, project costing and ROI calculation etc. Complete Material procurement considering MNRE guideline/technical specification for entire solar plant Attend meeting with clients/Govt. bodies. Project related documentation. Aware about System design for grid-connected, off-grid /hybrid solar power plants.

 Incoming, Inprocess and outgoing quality control. Inspection and testing of RM as per drawing and specification. Prepare MIS, Line inspection (Voltage/Current/IR etc.) and sampling for Outgoing Inspection/Quality assurance report according to customers. Attend meeting with customers for product failure and provide them corrective action/preventive action..
