At my current position as a Global band 07 Presentations specialist, at HSBC Electronic Data services (Sri Lanka) I effectively handle all digital projects and tasks related to presentations, charts, complex maps and graphs of customers all around the world (USA, UK, China, India, Philippine, Hong Kong) including high-end clients. I am responsible for overseeing the back-office operations and handling employee and customer concerns professionally. My biggest priority is ensuring that the presentations and designing operations run smoothly and all issues are addressed in a timely manner.My ability to perform rests on the foundation of my education. I’m currently following the Masters in Business Administration at Asia-e University. I am well-versed in many aspects of business, including Project handling, customer service, grievance handling, Human resource management and marketing. However, my education and work experience are tied together by my ability to empathize and communicate with others. I like to motivate and encourage people.
