CurrentPerform multifaceted role as a Technical Delivery Manager and automation / integration Engineer tasked with ensuring system continuity and optimal uptime. Responsible for the supporting and integrating business applications like Oracle SAAS, Lawson, Kronos, MHC, ImageNow, MoveIT Central and other peripheral business applications. Also, work as system automation architect / engineer to automate, integrate and streamline the applications and processes.• Leading the technical team responsible of Legacy Data Conversion, Integrations using Oracle BI Builder, OIC – Oracle Integration with Cloud, new Reports Building and Job based application security role building for the multiyear, 100+ million Oracle SAAS (Fusion) implementation. • Lead the IS team who successfully Integrate the merger of HR, Benefit and Payroll applications of the St Dominic Hospital System (5000+ employees) with FMOL Health System (15000+ employees). • Lead the migration of Lawson ERP v9 to v10. • Integration of the Warehouse Management Application Tecsys with Lawson Application and GHX.• Manage and administer application patches, environment upgrade, and testing.• Lead the project to implement new strategy to move the data files across the enterprise and to & from vendors. Implemented the MoveIT DMZ (FTP) Server and MoveIt Central client application. • Implement Role Based Security. • Developed the Security Audit Reports for the SOD team and management. • Developed and automate the User Provisioning process – Bring efficiency and save several FTEs salary. • Lawson and LBI – Lawson Business Intelligent Implementation and Upgrade at various facilities and sites. • Implemented the Lawson Applications and Employee & Manager Self Service - SEA to the three different hospitals. Oversee the SEA customization.• Lead the project to simplify the complex Requisition Approval Process. Developed Requisition Approval Process Flows for different companies and streamlined approval process.
