CurrentResponsibilities:• Managing overall talent acquisition activities including talent pool pipeline building, candidate selection, executive search, hiring strategy planning and other overall hiring activities in APAC region, mainly in Domestic Area• Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited t referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, referrals, and user/technical groups. Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements. Specialties: - • Recruitment for Banking and Financial, FMCG, Semiconductor, Telecommunications, and Energy Industries - Advanced Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Strategies- High Volume Recruiting- Strategic Planning- Staffing Process & Program Development-Permanent and Contract Staffing- Vendor Management
