Held multiple Engineering Manager and Program Management positions including one to lead "Digital Accelerator" program to accelerate Digital Transformation by enabling various BH product companies to go to market faster - from concept to MVP in a quarter.This Program built "Reusable Product Platform" that help build a typical IIoT business application quickly by providing ready to use "Lego-block" components for all layers of a typical Industrial Enterprise Application across UI, Backend and Application Security.Budget ~5.5M, ~90 engineers.

Lived through digital industrial revolution for GE Power by building many products, tools & solutions. GE Power remotely monitors ~1500 power plant assets across the world.Responsibilities: People leader, Full end to end ownership (Dev/QA/Analytics/Deploy/Sustain). 1) GE Power Digital product - Operations Performance Optimization (OPM): Lead 3 global cross functional scrum-teams of Software + Analytic Engineers & Power Plant performance experts to deliver 9 incremental releases of product from scratch on Predix 2.0 over AWS infrastructure. 2018 Program budget - $5.7MM (co-owned) & orders backlog > $100MM. Team size: 192) OE & PEPI : Lead a small team & delivered a quick prototype for first "Outcome As A Service" (OaaS) product - PEPI for GE Minds+Machines 2016 conference at Dubai in just 6 weeks. This helped get orders worth $45M in six months. Also lead scrum team for Operations Excellence (OE) product built on Predix 1.x platform.3) Fully owned & delivered multiple NPI programs as only Release Manager outside US managing multi-million dollar budget & leading global cross-functional teams for GE Power Fleet Management (M&D) business. Team size: 124) Delivered multiple enterprise/fleet software products like Fleet Anomaly Manager/Plant Asset Manager as Program Manager managing multi-million dollar budget for GE Energy Software Solutions Group business. Team size: 6-95) Customer connect was also integral part of this journey where I represented digital products to some key customers like Reliance, Aditya-Birla, GSECL, Shell etc. & also presented in commercial events like PowerGen-India, GE Power State-Of-Art/Technovate. Was also instrumental in some deals by building quick prototypes for key global customers like PSEG, Invenergy, Saudi Electric, PJB, Sembcorp etc.

Became active part of Agile revolution by getting Scrum Master certified & lead India scrum teams for a fresh product for Wind Turbine Farms called - Adapt.Wind on Microsoft .Net platform. Delivered 6 incremental releases after starting from scratch including Data acquisition system modules, Configuration App to configure Bently 3701 monitors as well as Display App to monitor all wind turbines for vibration analysis across entire wind farm. Development involved collaboration across multiple global scrum teams from firmware to software.

Contributed to many software products from Bently Nevada stable like System 1, Bently Balance, Data Manager 2000 on Microsoft VC++ & .Net platform starting as software engineer & growing up as Technical Lead. Independently lead modules & some releases of highly acclaimed enterprise software product - System 1.

April 1998 to June 2000: Worked as Utility Engineer at GE Lighting plant at Nadiyad, Gujarat.Dec 1996 to March 1998: Started career as Electrical Engineer at Petroleum Infrastructure Limited (JV between BPCL & Gujarat Gas). Designed, procured materials & built emergency response system that will prevent petroleum loss & hazardous situation by shutting off critical systems of plant in an emergency.
