Projects:- S-Pet-BT Machine,Two Platen Machine,Three color machine Key Responsibility Handle:--Responsible for complete mechanical design of hydro-Mechanical Injection Molding Machine,-Assigned with the tasks of selection of Injection Molding Machine Component,-Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings and the complete Bill of Materials for Injection Molding Machine,-Responsible for analyzing the incoming enquires from sales department, and preparing accurate General Arrangement and Layout Drawings,-Responsible for designing the base frames to mount Injection Molding Machine,-Responsible for establishing the specifications for the material procurement and play active role in helping the purchase dept. in developing these new materials,-Responsible for tasks of analyzing the components to ensure design criteria and specific requirements,-Assigned with the tasks of planning, conducting and providing guidance to Collegeous in areas of mechanical design development & Engineering Activity,-Handled the job of checking and correcting the complete Bill of Materials (BOM) of a machine before it is released for manufacturing,-Handled the job of checking and correcting the drawings of components of a machine before it is delivered for manufacturing,-Active member of Product Development , Cost Reduction and Continuous Improvement Team,- Assigned with the task of checking the design made by trainees and approving the same,-Solving problems in the shopfloor by working closely with production people involved in fabrication, machining, assembly and testing areas,-Clearing non-conformity and quality notifications.-Involved in providing optimum design at minimum cost in order to be competitive in the market.-Adaptive as Well as New Design for Safety Guarding for aesthetic improvement
