Responsible for Inspection, Report preparation, Repair scope preparation, Repair, Assembly of Turbomachinery equipment like rotor and stationary parts of Steam turbines, Centrifugal compressors, Axial compressors, Screw compressors, Gear compressors etc., including complete Compressors cartridges. Responsible for development in workshop like, repair procedures, special tooling, training of technicians, ISO implementation etc.Joined the company since the time of construction of workshop, involved in procurement of machineries, toolings, installation and commissioning of workshop machineries, active participation in setting up stores & procurement departments, vendor development etc.

• Responsible for Turbo machinery equipment repair jobs in workshop and on sites.• Overhauling and trouble shooting of Steam Turbine & Compressors on site.• Planning and supervision for Dismantling, Inspection, repair of rotary and stationary parts & assembly of Turbines, Compressors, Pumps etc. in the shop to meet the delivery targets.• Establishing repair techniques for turbo machinery jobs like Reblading of Steam Turbine Rotor, Sealing fins replacement on steam turbine / compressor rotors, Rotor dismantling and reassembly of Compressor rotors, White metal bearing repair, Reverse Engineering of Blades, sleeves, shafts and other parts.• Train the technicians for turbo machinery equipment repairs.• Preparing of Standard Operating Procedure to execute different activities on jobs.• Site visits and client Co-ordination for jobs inspection and Service plan.• Support to Tendering / Sales departments for preparing scope of work and estimating the man hours, subcontracting / purchasing activities and other costs. • Visiting customers with Sales team to get new business of Turbo machinery jobs.

• Co-ordination with customers for new jobs repair scope and quotes.• Overhauling and trouble shooting of Steam Turbine & Compressors on site.• Planning for job execution in workshop• Preparing of Work instructions for process.• Develop and implementation of new repair technologies in workshop for the jobs.• Implementation of safety during work in the workshop.

• Preparation of Scope of work for repair of the job.• Reverse engineering and drawing preparation for repair jobs.• Incoming inspection and Repair for each job.• Planning, execution and supervision for inspection and repair jobs in workshop.• Daily work planning of all technicians according to job load in workshop• To bring new repair technologies or drawings as per regarding jobs by communication with representative of MAN - Germany• To plan maintenance of workshop machineries. • To develop vendors with Purchase department• To supervise and Inspection of Sub contract activities.• Support to sales department by inspecting the jobs at site, make scope of work, plan the costing (including man hours) • ISO documentation work.• Overhauling of Steam turbines and Compressors at sites
