Handling PHYGITAL skilling model (a blended learning approach towards skilling) at Pan India level. Identifying and meeting prospect training partners, deemed / autonomous universities for program execution. Conducting business development and tie ups at various levels for the on-boarded partner for deeper market penetration and higher footfalls leading to better conversion. Giving presentations to all stakeholders involved in the project with special emphasis on supporting the enabling team and operations team for target achievement and partner identification. Supporting the partnerships team for scouting and closing the prospect leads for partner identification and supporting the program development team for undertaking the due diligence for on-boarded partners. Undertaking daily and regular team reviews (all relevant stakeholders like operations team, execution team, partnerships team, content development team, program development and technology team). Regular discussions and reviews with the on-boarded partners for proper sales activity, business development plans and executions, tie ups and way forward for their specific regions and area of operations. Scouting and signing up new training partners to enhance and expand revenue model for the company, planning and executing business development strategies for branding and sales. Also handled support function roles like MOU sign up, market research, new product development for new content / course creation as per demand. Liasoning with industry partners and employers for OJT, Infrastructure support, Placements and new content creation. Liasoning with TCSion for content adoption (Digital content) on their platform for partner and student usage.
