From an early age, I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers, and this interest led me to participate in various Math Olympiads throughout my childhood. This early exposure to problem-solving and critical thinking set the foundation for my academic journey. I went on to complete my graduation in the Banking & Insurance domain, where I developed a deeper understanding of financial systems and risk management. These experiences naturally led me to pursue a Master's degree in Actuarial Science, where I am now sharpening my analytical abilities to drive impactful and informed decisions in complex financial landscapes.As an ally and strong advocate for gender equity, I have worked extensively to promote LGBTQIA+ inclusion throughout my professional journey. My role as an HR analyst at Capgemini in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) space gave me the opportunity to champion these causes, deepening my understanding of how to create fair and inclusive workplaces. This commitment to fostering equity and embracing diversity remains at the heart of my personal and professional values.Outside of academics and work, my love for sports has always been a constant. As a passionate follower of Football and Formula 1, I find that the strategies and precision required in these sports mirror the analytical and thoughtful approach I bring to my academic and professional life. Together, these interests shape my journey, one that’s grounded in numbers but driven by a desire to create positive, lasting impact.
