Key Responsibilities• Plans and organises audit assignments effectively, allocates audit resources, defines deadlines and ensures that a comprehensive and appropriate terms of reference is set for each review• Manages and undertakes audit assignments effectively and efficiently and ensures that work is produced to the required deadlines, in compliance with existing audit and accounting standards and in adherence to the Firm's goals and objectives• Leads, manages and develops an effective audit team • Responsible to constantly develop new techniques and tools and ensures that they are implemented in an appropriate manner and in turn, trains, guides and instructs the auditing team on the new methodologies that need to be adopted• Responsible for the effective management and documentation of all the audit related work by delegating to subordinates according to the priority of the work• Responsible to measure the risks involved in auditing and manages the key factors that play important roles in the working of auditing papers• Builds rapport with the existing and prospective clients by establishing effective communication with them and responds on a timely manner to their needs• Develops expertise in, and advise on, specific aspects of the client’s business in order to provide value added services to them• Keeps abreast with the latest auditing trends and develops innovative methods to progress the auditing procedures

Key Responsibilities:• Prepared audit work programmes, financial statements, management letters and other client deliverables• Prepared business analysis frameworks, business performance reviews, financial statement analysis and other related analysis designed to add value to the scope of the audit• Handled review and evaluation of internal control procedures and developed test approach to further reduce residual audit risk to an acceptable level• Developed skill in communication through working paper schedules and memoranda• Interacted closely with Audit Managers, Directors and Partners on all client and audit team matters• Monitored the budget and progress of assigned audit engagements• Reporting on IFRS and IAS standards

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinating complete planning & management activities for ensuring completion of internal & statutory audits within time frame • Attending internal / statutory / tax audits and evaluating internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings and implementing recommendations made by Internal Auditors • Preparing MIS reports & various other financial reports on the basis of various analysis to keep a track of the financial performances and all the activities of the organization • Implementing MIS as per variance analysis to determine the variances in revenue & expenditure on quarterly and yearly basis and between actual & budgeted revenue • Merit of providing assistance during preparation of project reports & CMA data (Credit Monitoring Analysis) with detailed analysis on financial projections & performance ratios
