• Supervision of production area (small scale manufacturing) following of GMP, SOPs.- Cross functional investigation of OOS, OOT and lab events• Handling deviation, change control, CAPA and Risk analysis• Verify and approve drawing/ layout of machine change parts• Checking and verification of master BMR and filled BMR• Work allocation as per daily production planning• Equipment Qualification for up gradation of machine and new machine• Training and development of technician and other colleague • Observe and report of product/ material/ machine for their abnormal identified behaviour during production process• Execute Trial batches, Scale up batches, Characterization Batches, Exhibit batches, Validation Batches as per Process Validation Protocol. Communicate with FnD and Technology Transfer team• To prepare and submit Daily Production Reports, Monthly Production Reports and work in process report.

• Responsible for shop floor activities in Tablet Section.• Supervising of Granulation section.• To enforce latest developments in GMP, SOPs etc• To perform IQ, OQ and PQ of the equipment• To observe and report of product/ material/ machine for their abnormal identified behaviour during production process • To check and update various documents and records, ensure production records filled online• To prepare and submit Daily Production Reports, Monthly Production Reports and work in process report.• To prepare the batch records, SOPs, Qualification protocol and necessary documents

• Responsible for shop floor activities in Cephalosporin Section.• Supervising of Granulation section.• Responsible for shop floor activities in Dry syrup manufacturing.• Counter checking the Dispensed Raw material according to Requisition slip.• Responsible for batch yield of products in granulation stage and improvement of productivity with quality as per set norms• To achieve monthly production target i.e. granulation section• To maintain batch manufacturing record online• To maintain quarantine in suitable manner.• Additional Responsibilities:• Cross check the coating/compression activities.
