End to end process review of all departments – Purchase, Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations. Final observations discussion and presentation with Auditee.Review of MIS, budgets and cash flow prepared by group companies and subsidiaries.Recommend and implement cost reduction methods for the company.

Conducting risk and process based Internal Audits.Supervising Maintenance of clients books of accounts, ensuring adherence to IFRS, internal policies & procedures.Scrutiny of books of accounts to ensure that accounts are finalized in a timely manner.Reviewing and managing Payable / Receivables ageing and outstanding liability statements on a monthly basis and ensuring periodic reconciliation of accounts with all creditors & debtors. Preparing monthly reports including accounts payable reconciliation, accounts receivable reconciliation, cash flow report, profit and loss a/c, balance sheet audits etc.Preparation of various MIS Reports on a monthly basis for the review of top management.Reviewing the Internal Control system and procedures over the various divisions of the organization.
