- Engineering Operation and Maintenance- Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance , Autonomous Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) & Condition based Maintenance (CBM) Implementation- Pharmaceutical Clean room (ISO Class 100 to 100000)HVAC System handling with BMS System (Operation, Maintenance, Qualification and Validation) - Pharmaceutical Engineering Compliance and QMS documentation (Deviation, Change control, Audit Compliance, CAPA) Handling in EDMS System- Exposure of Pharmaceutical engineering Utility and Plant Maintenance operation and maintenance. - Exposure of Water for Injection (WFI), Pure Steam Generator (PSG), Purified water system operation and maintenance. - Instrument Calibration and Equipment Validation activity- Equipment Procurement to installation and Commissioning with Qualification documentation- Engineering Material Purchase related activities- Project Planning, Scheduling and Management activity with necessary documentation- Pharmaceutical Audit Facing in terms of engineering team and handling of engineering non compliance- Engineering Man power handling and training of technicians, operators and engineers. - Engineering Maintenance and Material Management in SAP and Asset Performance Management (APM) Software. - Asset Strategy Management and Reliability Centered Maintenance based on criticality and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) - Engineering Operation Safety Management, HAZOP, HIRA and HAZAN study at floor level- Engineering equipment Risk Assessment with Risk index and Mitigation Plan. - Exposure of operation and maintenance of ETP Plant and environmental monitoring system.- Monitoring and Supervision of Plant Utility Systems (Chillers, AHUs, Dust Extraction Systems, Pumphouse, Air compressors, ETP & STP, Energy Measurements, HT and LT Power Panels, Resin System, Nitrogen Plant) - Handling of Facility, Energy, Safety and Electrical Audits/Inspections
