• OFC projects execution and Operation & maintenance of UG & ADSS Fiber Network, with minimal down time (OTDR, LSPM Testing and Fiber Fault clearance)• Planning and execution of passive IT infra projects• Prepare budget based on the business need & requirement, analysis of the requirement, take necessary approval / sanction• OFC data (route, joints, chambers, LIUs etc.), Networks assets data mapping in GIS portal• ROW liasoning and coordination with respective authority for fiber fault clearance• Carry out technical evaluations of OFC materials with necessary approval notes• Material inventory management for OFC & accessories, PBX cards, telecom O&M material, SFP/switches, VOIP/MIPT/analog/walky phones etc.• Preparation of IT Communication Process Manual /SOPs and submit for review• Manage IMS policy reports viz. Communication Network management report, incident report, MPLS outage report, Fiber Outage report etc. and actions towards continual improvement of IMS Performance• SAP work experience for Purchase requisition, Purchase Order process, SES creation for invoice, Material reservations, Quality processes etc.• Payment process of vendor service providers invoices for PO & Non PO• EHS risk assessment coordination• Manages basic activities of EPABX management

• Survey, Planning, Monitor & control the outside plant cable networks• Deployment of OFC Network, Execution for OSP activities, Trenching, Ducting, HDD, Blowing, Splicing, OTDR Testing• Execution of In-building wiring (Horizontal & Vertical) up to customer's premises.• Ensure safety checking during OSP & In-building work execution• Preparation of M-sheets as well as other OSP related documents• Making Route surveys with much economy and feasibility• Material Planning i.e. Monthly/Quarterly material requirement, Dispatch instructions, Timely availability of material at sites.• Planning and GIS mapping, Feasibility by GPS, MIS Reports, Desktop Feasibility Tool, Viznet and Sales Force• Training & Mobilization of engineers to sites for effective supervision. • Plan, Monitor & Control the whole project cycle and bring the project in real success to deliver the project within timeline.• Route survey of new Intracity, Intercity and Lastmile connectivity OFC routes • Prepare Route survey diagram for ROW liasoning and prepare BOQ • Vendor management for completion of work with quality within given timeline• Progress Report & Coordination with other Telecom Operators• Supervision of Trenching/HDD, Ducting, Cable Blowing, DIT, Splicing and In building work• Drum Testing, Link loss testing with OTDR & LSPM, OFC rectification• Handover the route after performing AT with O&M team• Certification of Bill, As Built Drawing, MB Sheet, OTDR Reports etc.

• Driving OFC projects of various Telecom companies like Idea Cellular ltd., BSNL, Airtel, Vodafone• Dealing with Tender works which includes ROW permissions, Team deployment, Material management, Work execution, Billing & Realization of payments etc.• Defining support procedures & project documentation on completion of project• Planning and scheduling project activities with project team • Coordinate with Project lead & monitoring project progress to insure timely project implementation• Looking after for all site activities of various OFC Projects like Pre installation survey, Trenching, Ducting, OFC Blowing, Testing of OFC etc.• Responsible for taking corrective actions to resolve field issues as necessary
