At IQXR, Nirav Desai spearheaded the company's strategic vision, leading efforts in strategy, channel development, and partnerships to establish IQXR as a frontrunner in AI and spatial computing for the health and aviation sectors. He aligned the platform's feature roadmap with market demand, formulated a data-backed go-to-market strategy, and focused on advancing tooling for training, planning, and operational use-cases in spatial computing. Nirav also coordinated an intellectual property strategy to innovate in Intelligent Interactions, Intelligent Connectivity, Intelligent Creation, and Orchestration, positioning IQXR for partnerships with top players in the payer/provider, medical device, and aviation industries. Specific duties included: (1) Identification, evaluation, and establishing strategic partnerships with leading technology companies, startups, and notably, one of the largest health care providers in the U.S.; (2) Developing a comprehensive intellectual property and risk management strategy that aligned to technical roadmap, investment, and overall business objectives; (3) Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within team and with partners to drive joint initiatives and projects; (4) Staying informed and informing team about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify potential partnership opportunities.

Nirav leads Booz Allen’s Horizon 3 Strategy for Immersive Technology where he: (1) developed Booz Allen’s 3-5 year immersive strategy with a focus on identifying technology enablers and barriers and investing in capabilities that will enable enterprise adoption of VR, AR, Brain-Computer Interface, and related solutions; (2) he serves as the innovation lead for the Pacific Northwest, helping the firm develop strategy and build a culture of innovation and encourage entrepreneurship across a diverse staff and client base; (3) he develop relationships and co-invests with channel partners and innovative startups and technology firms whose technologies bring value to firm and expand into new market sectors.

Nirav developed and led execution of the firm’s strategy in Seattle and Anchorage helping to achieve over growth in both offices. He contributed to over several millions of dollars in sales across a portfolio business including from software, health, and defense clients. He has grown his team from three to over 60 staff members. Finally, he has worked across geographies to retrain and redeploy staff in advance of changing technologies and buying patterns to position for future needs.

As Executive Director and Founder, Nirav assembled the team, Executive Board, and Advisory Board for a non-profit organization to inform the voice of new immigrant communities in public affairs. This organization grew to over 40 staff and volunteers nationwide, and published "The Subcontinental: A Journal of South Asian American Public Affairs" for two years.
