- Fynd is an omnichannel fashion marketplace headquartered in Mumbai, and I worked remotely out of Gurgaon to manage close to 50+ retail brands located in the northern region. - After analyzing the search and buying patterns of close to 5 million customers on Fynd, I partnered with over 40 relevant Footwear retail brands including the likes of Woodland, Action Shoes, Red Chief, Alberto Toressi

- Joined as the first employee and Founding team member at this early stage startup, had stepped into multiple tasks - Product Conceptualization, Pre - Sales research, Operations and Online Marketing. - Led the early stage acquisition with pre-sales mapping and research, inside sales, outbound sales and post sales execution. - Came up with practical and innovative ideas to optimize operations in Delhi NCR.- Collected market feedback and provided periodic updates to the founders for the formulation of policy & strategy.

- Managed the finances of over 20 clubs and 7 committees throughout the year which amounted to over INR 12 Lakhs.- Coordinated and worked with all the different committees and clubs to ensure optimum use the money provided to them for their efficient functioning throughout the year.

- Was part of this 4 member Core Team, which was an interface between the complete student community and college administration. - Responsible for representing student issues and student bodies with the Dean, Registrar, Director, Faculty and Administration of the institute.

- Led a team of 13 committee members along with the Convener across different verticals including Sponsorship, PR, Event Management and Hospitality. - Led the Sponsorship Department and interacted with various corporate organizations to raise close to 25L for the festival.
