As soon I got a full-time job, I was promoted to Software Architect to spearhead Operation-related developments and Business developments. As an Architect, I learned a different kind of experience needed in telecommunication which is not like typical lean development at initial tasks. I combined both lean development practices and waterfall methodology to accomplish business goals. With my experience at StoredIq and IBM. I have ingrained a culture of prototyping and show-and-tell which can help to bring our ideas to the team and into product roadmap. 2020 – 2021 May Most of the operations-related tasks are interdependent and have an external dependency to accomplish which led to sequential developments and for the customer-facing platform, I encouraged lean development practices. As an Individual contributor, I architect and developed the integration with Ingram Micro Processor from device recovery and inventory to Billing and invoices.2022 – 2023 May I lead the backend development and operations on the American Employee Purchase Program and Pfizer Employee Purchas Program on integration with Stripe and device recovery processes. I built a bridge between the new version of the software and the old software to have business as usual where customer activity is on both, but our processor was still on the old software. With team effort, migration to new software was completed 70% before the end of the year without any disruption.

I got an Internship in Mobile Recell as Software Engineer role. I thoroughly enjoyed working closely with the CEO and other core members of the company. I realized the challenges that a startup needs to go through in terms of agile development with a very small team and high expectations to achieve a goal each year. I enjoyed the challenge of working with Recycling Partners like Belmont where software integrations were complex and still on old technology. I developed solutions to bridge gap in technology and provide faster access to device recovery The current System was in DNN, and I built solution with Python webservers inside IIS to support communication between DNN IIS and python webserver IIS. This python webserver helped to communicate with external parties like Belmont to share csv reports and REST data. I architected and built the complete Employee purchase non-remote workflow. This includes building integrations with Stripe on buyout, refunds and window for purchase. Separate integration with Recovery device processors to process and report back grades so devices can be sent back to users as buyback. Technolgies used: DNN, IIS, Python Flask, React, Stripe, AWS S3, AWS EC2
