I am a visionary leader, and experienced executive who likes to transform industries by leveraging software, technology and process reengineering. I bring a unique blend of exceptional strategic thinking, people management skills and hands-on product innovation expertise.As CEO and Founder of Cevona (2020), I focused on redesigning healthcare delivery and experiences for members of self-funded employers. I believe there is a significant opportunity to improve health outcomes, deliver delightful experiences for members and providers, and lower total cost of care. This requires care delivery to be member-centric, and aligning economic incentives across the ecosystem.Prior to founding Cevona, I co-founded Carium. We created breakthrough digital health experiences by bringing to market one of the first member-centric, omni-channel, care delivery SaaS platforms. Carium is fundamentally changing how members engage with their health, and allowing providers to transition to value-based care models and reimbursement.At Carium, I led product strategy, business development, finance, marketing and partnered with our Chief Medical Officer on our commercialization efforts.My journey in the technology space began in the telecommunications industry. Leading development teams and serving as a system architect allowed me to influence product strategy and deliver on roadmap commitments. I incubated and brought to market Blue Planet, a disruptive network management and orchestration portfolio (acquired by Ciena). I led the growth of that SaaS business to over 25MM annually within 3 years.My business experience, healthcare acumen, deep background in technology and passion for innovation allows me to contribute across a breadth of roles and companies. I am drawn to organizations and roles that are mission aligned with the goal of helping people live their best lives. This was certainly the guiding principle for my work at both Carium and Cevona and is what propels me to try to make a difference everyday.
