In my previous role at Swytch, a company that provides innovative solutions for real-world challenges, I collaborated with a team of 10 developers, using market research, user-centered design, and agile methodologies to create project roadmaps and meet tight deadlines. I worked with clients from the UK, Dubai, Vietnam, Miami, and more, delivering impactful solutions that improved their lives and businesses.Before joining Swytch, I co-founded xLearno, an EdTech startup that offered a learning platform for people who wanted to learn about new technologies and coding, and a job portal for people who wanted to find jobs in the technological segment. I was the head of operations and implemented Scrum and Agile methodologies for the internal workings of the company. I helped the startup reach its first 10,000 customers in under 3 months and generated 20 million dollars in sales for real estate companies through performance marketing services.
