The Company designs, Develop & Manufacture Service Equipment As Per OEMs Standards & Norms for Automobile Service Industry.Projects : Ashok Leyland - Ambulance 4x4 for Indian Army, TATA Motors – Starbus, Magna▪ Development of body structure from the phase of conception, prototypes, testing and large-scale Manufacturing. ▪ Comparison of FEA results with design calculations and creation of manufacturing drawings with 2D/3D software.▪ Selection of the required material according to ASME (Aluminium, Steel).▪ Worked on the stress analysis of the chassis using FEM simulations.▪ Transferring geometry from CAD to model creation, as well as applying boundary conditions, calculation and evaluating the results.▪ Proposed optimized design changes, validated by implicit static tests and Explicit Crash Analyses (frontal protection, side protection and rear impact). ▪ Post-processing of the crash analysis to see the maximum deformations originating from the processed target points.▪ Worked with the co-engineering and other departments such as process engineering, purchasing, and validation.▪ Processed DFMEA to detect failures in product quality verification, reduced process reliability, customer dissatisfaction and safety.

Designed and fabricated an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) followed by an International Championship. My duties entailed Designing of ladder frame/chassis of the ATV, by optimizing the weight andensuring the rigidity.
