Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications such as calculation, cable sizing, earthing, load schedule calculations.2. Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM), Material Take Off (MTO), Method of statement (MOS), Material technical approval (MTA), RFI documents, job safety analysis (JSA).3.Review the Single Line Diagram (SLD), equipment layouts, earthing, lighting & small power, conduit, cable tray, cable route layouts, equipment typical installation drawings etc. for client approval.4.Installation of AC UPS and battery charger for the AC/DC auxiliary system.5.Installation & testing of MV & LV switch gear, motors, PCC, MCC, LCC & LV power panel.6.Interfacing of Power System Automation (PSA) &Power Management System (PMS).7.Installation of Fire alarm control panel (FACP), smoke detector-transmitter & receiver, manual pull station, horn & beacon.8.Installation of Instruments such as ESD (Emergency Shutdown) system, Pressure Transmitter & Indicator, Level Transmitter & Indicator, Flow Transmitter, analogue and digital junction boxes.9.Arrange the QA/QC for the Inspection (RFI) upon material receiving and completion of installation activity.

1.Installation of power transformer, RMU, Diesel generator & cable tray.2.Commissioning of diesel generator up to 2500 KVA- 13.8 kV.3.Perform the MV & LV cable pulling (Under Ground/ Above round) , Splicing and termination.4.Installation of NGR , equipment and system grounding, grounding grid.5.Preparation of Cable and conduit schedule, Bill of Quantity (BOQ) & Material Take Off (MTO).6.Perform the synchronizing, Power transfer and isolation switching with the grid.7.Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly power generation and fuel consumption report.8.Testing and commissioning Transformer and perform the oil filtration, BDV & DGA test.9.Testing of instrument transformers, CB, Earthing Switch & protection relays- 33 kv switchgear.

1.Testing and commissioning of protective equipment of CT,CVT,CIRCUIT BREAKERS,ISOLATORS in substation up to 400 kV (GIS & AIS)2.Testing and configure of protection relays such as Transformer protection, Generator protection, Motor protection, Feeder protection, Busbar protection.3.Testing and commissioning of Power transformer up to 315 MVA and Generator up to 20 MW.4.Protection Scheme checking for different busbar schemes, Function block checking in protection schemes.5.Testing and commissioning of GIS LLC, Control & relay panel up to 400 kV.6.Testing of switchgear panel- 33/11/6.6/0.415 kV.7.Testing and commissioning of Battery charger, UPS, AC/DC distribution board.
