Over 8 years of senior management leadership experience in developing, implementing and leading fundraising and resource development strategies in the not for profit sector across multiple geographies. I have a successful track record in rapidly scaling up resource development and mobilization efforts, building efficient teams and contributing effectively to organizational and program sustainability. I have built and nurtured an excellent understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility practices, building culture of giving and increasing sensitivity to social causes among individuals.
