The job function as part of the Youth Department in the Educational Administration of the municipality of Holon (As for 2014 Holon is the ninth largest city in Israel, out of 76 cities)Responsibilities of duty:• Design and creation of the informal education policy in Holon (emphasis on leadership);• Guide the Municipal Youth Council (Council composed of representatives of all youth in Holon);• Professional instruction for all Pupil Councils in all schools;• Work in collaboration with a team of teachers and administrators in schools all around the city;• Leading and accompanying youth leadership delegations to various destinations;• Professional guidance in the areas of leadership to different groups and delegations from the city.

The National Union of Israeli Students (NUIS) has been the representative body of students' throughout Israel since 1934. Today NUIS represents more than 300,000 students in over 64 Universities and Colleges.Responsibilities of duty:• Coordinated more than 20 student unions of all Education Colleges in Israel;• Managed a network of professional connections for the Education Forum from the ministry of education through the colleges managements etc.; • Responsibility for representing approx. 40,000 education students in Israel.

Tel Aviv

Ruach Tova (“Good Spirit” in Hebrew) is the leading Israeli organization in the field of volunteering, specializing in matching people who want to volunteer with organizations in need of assistance. Ruach Tova seeks to strengthen volunteerism in Israeli society by providing guidance and assistance to both the volunteers and recipients of their help.Good Deeds Day is an annual celebration of good deeds. All over the world, hundreds of thousands choose to volunteer and help others, putting into practice the simple idea that every single person can do something good, be it large or small, to improve the lives of others and positively change the world.Responsibilities of duty:• Contact management with 20-30 local authorities in Israel;• Concentration of projects in different cities and regional authorities;• Initiation and thinking about community projects in the spirit of Good Deeds Day annual theme.

Tel Aviv

Mitpakdim is a movement that aims to encourage Israelis of all political stripes to become more involved in politics, by various methods. Amongst those we encourage signing up for party membership – allowing them to vote in party primaries and have a say over whom the party puts forward as a candidate in the general elections.

The Tel-Aviv University student union is the formal student body that represent approx. 30k students from all faculties on and off campus. The student union consist of 6 departments.Responsibilities of duty:• Coordinated all NGO activities within the Tel-Aviv University;• Established and managed large scale projects in and outside university campus;• Supervised and guided the activities of more than 300 scholarship students;• Initiated social awareness events, including lectures, courses, tours etc.• Conducted political events within the campus with the participation of parliament members;• Established “The Grand Volunteering Day” – an annual event in which hundreds of students took part in social activities throughout various cities in order to contribute to society;• Founded “Night Talk” – In collaboration with the municipality of Tel Aviv Jaffa, the "Night Talk" designed to minimize risk behavior among youth during the summer and reduce noise nuisance to residents. The encounter between the students and the youth brings character to the presence of mature, caring and relaxing adult, which through a smile develops nocturnal conversation with the youth.

The Tel-Aviv University student union is the formal student body that represent approx. 30k students from all faculties on and off campus. The student union consist of 6 departments.Responsibilities of duty:• Had responsibly over 3 student dormitories, including the Student Union activities;• Managed 10 employees and more than 300 students in various social activities;• Distributed approx. 500,000$ in scholarships;• Founded “HomeTLV” project, together with the Tel-Aviv municipality and the Tel-Aviv University – The project encouraged students to rent an apartment in certain parts of Tel-Aviv for an annual scholarship.
