I am an articulate and confident person who relishes challenges and working under pressure.My work experience entails 26 years of HR Management and 4 years of Project Management experience of which 18 years at EXCO level reporting to the Board. Work sector experience: FMCG; Food and Beverage; Manufacturing; Automotive; Engineering and NPO. I have setup and and managed large HR and workforce structures and teams both locally and internationally. International experience: Japan, Philippines, Switzerland, Brazil, UK, New York, Zambia, Malawi, Lesotho. In 2018 I setup my own manufacturing company.I am currently doing Consulting work as a Specialist Recruiter for large internationally based organizations for their bid Key Personnel roles.
