Telecom program of USAC acts as a bridge between the not-for-profit/ public health care providers and Telecom Service Providers in rural areas of United States. Every year USAC provides aid to the health care providers in rural areas for availing telecom services by funding the difference between the urban and rural rates for telecom services

● Analysis of the functionalities of the current PPR application to understand how they can be transformed from Microsoft technologies to Java based technologies and capturing the solution in technical design documents.● Wrote the boilerplate code like Spring, Hibernate configuration files, Maven pom.xml filesfor the application.● Developed business tier and database tier java components using Spring and Hibernate frameworks following Test-driven development approach and Agile Methodology SCRUM.● Managed transactions of the application using Spring provided transaction management facility.● Used Spring IOC for auto wiring of the application components with annotations via dependency injection.
