Responsible for providing thought leadership and giving vision cum direction to the overall marketing strategy of the Co. Am responsible for the identification of white space opportunities based on findings from consumer insights. Am providing guidance to all the Marketing and brand enhancement initiatives of the Company. Reporting to the CEO, I was responsible for all the Marketing and Service level initiatives for my Co. which is a Rs.800 crore enterprise. M/s Vardhman Yarns & Threads (VYTL) is a group Co. of one of the India's leading textile conglomerate viz the Vardhman Group, having a group turnover of Rs.7,500 crore. VYTL is an American MNC where 89% stake is held by world's second largest thread Co. called American & EFird and balance 11% is held by the Vardhman group.

• Was spearheading sales, marketing and distribution network of East India as Regional Head for Eastern India, Bhutan & Bangladesh for Electrical Insulation Chemicals (viz impregnating resins, varnishes, trickle resins, wire enamels,etc.) and Construction Chemicals (Polyurethanes and Epoxies). Earlier marketed phenolic resins (used in rubber and tyre industries) as well.• Managing sales through distributors (channel management) and OEMs (institutional sales).• Handling Construction Chemicals through both industrial and retail marketing.Customer base included M/s Phillips, M/s GE Motors, M/s Honeywell, M/s Steel Authority of India Ltd.,Indian Railways, M/s Pepsico, M/s L&T etc
