I also got an opportunity to manage the delivery of a global Cloud project thereby managing the implementation of different features as the data was moved to the cloud for a Retail client.

Worked on process automation (using RPA) based projects for Retail banking area of the bank specifically in the Mortgages space as a project manager and business analyst. Responsibilities included process analysis, process documentation, requirements gathering, project delivery, risk management, stakeholder management etcWorked on credit analysis process optimization projects within Commercial banking space.
