• Observing, monitoring and identifying Microorganisms using a variety of identification methods, including molecular techniques, to test samples.• Responsible to regular sampling schedules within a specific environment.• Responsible to quality control in Food processing, e.g. checking for signs of contamination;daily water testing• Ressponsible for microbial testing of finished good and raw material• Responsible to Environmental monitoring of production area, packing area and RM section.• Responsible to Swab test, air count.• Responsible to Growth promotion test of media.• Supervise and Responsible to check IPQA Activities of Food process and packaging sections.• Responsible to Check the Cleanliness of All the Machines And Equipment Before Processing of Any Product and Signing of Status Labels After Visual Inspection And Q.C. Test Reports.• Responsible To Provide Pre-Batch And Post-Batch Line Clearance of Any Product.• Responsible To Check Batch Processing and Dispatch.• Inspection Of Food processing and packaging & To Note Any Deviation from Specifications.• Responsible to Check Various tests for food products such as blanching, Brix, freezing, shape, size, texture, color etc.• Responsible to Verify Production I.E.
