Responsibility for making daily production plan according to customer requirements & meeting daily production targets, Analyzed workflow and planned and schedule customer orders based on material availability, machine capacity, and constraint, Responsible for all lines & Grinding (Water Pump Bearing assembly, BSR assembly, NOVA Grinding, S250 Grinding, Centreless Grinding SMT ) and executive-related tasks in planning control troubleshooting, Managing the Department consisting of Assembly lines, Grinding, and 30 + team members, Monitoring all standard operating procedures for compliance and ensuring that all operators were following the proper processes and procedures, Inventory management & correction with system versus physical, Customer complaint handling with CFT & action plan implementation on detection & occurrence of the root cause, Conducting work study on assembly lines to improve productivity, OEE, for line balancing, for Manpower reduction and for continuous improvement, Worked with the manufacturing team to analyze and solve workflow problems to maximize efficiency and product output, Continuous improvement in Assembly lines output by increasing OEE with implementations of Kaizens, 5S Implementation with Road Map in Operations, TPM Drive on Model Machine from each sections, Implementation of standardized work , Skill development of team members.
