Experience on solar wind megawatt scale hybrid project Green Hydrogen Feasibilty Analysis. Has also teamed up with different MNCs to construct wind, mini hydro & thermal power projects also. He brings with him vast experience in various verticals of Engineering, Procurement and Construction and above all, an in-depth understanding of the Indian Power and EPC IPP Industry.Have successfully worked on technology transfer from US, China, spain, Japan, Taiwan to India. Successfully handled investors like Ex-im bank, IFC, OPIC, proparco, Piramal group, etc.Have built success stories in developing solar start up like Azure Power, Rays Power Experts & SMG Ventures, Ujaas Energy Limited. Have worked with big MNC like Moserbaer India, Essel Group, etc. An effective communicator with excellent relationship building, leadership and mentoring skills and proven ability to create new business opportunities as SBU Head and support & sustain a positive work environment towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.Accountable for developing operational policies, planning and implementing effective control measure to maintain budgeted cost. Nirmal had been very successful in leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of different team to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.Passionate of Renewable Energy Nirmal has given out lectures in national level solar workshops conducted by training institutes like GERMI.
