i) Prepare detailed work plan, budget and Methodology of accounting activities;ii) Carried out Accounts procedure in accordance with IAS;iii) Scrutinize all bills/invoices, ensure mathematical accuracy, daily report, income audit & all kinds of vouchers as per statutory rules & regulations; iv) Maintain and ensure the proper and complete accounting records are accurate & correct at all time of the organization;v) Reconcile bank statements and control monetary activities;vi) Maintain petty cash and all kinds of ledgers as per statutory rules & regulations;vii) Ensure the IDS software is fully utilized and maintained of the organization; viii) Supervise treasury challan for tax, vat and excise duty; ensure accurate and timely deposit and keep proper records;ix) Implement all necessary control to safeguard the assets of the organization;x) Assess and evaluate of internal control system;xi) Verify physical and quality control judgment of inventory and reporting for all kinds of assets;xii) carry out surprise inspection in the sensitive areas;xiii) carry out investigation on various issues time to time as required by management;xiv) prepare and submitted monthly and periodical report to the management;xv) prepare and follow up accounts receivable and accounts payable of the organization;xvi) prepare schedule and financial reports for annual audit and make ready in time for review; xvii) coordinate between all department head, owner and all financial matter; etc.
