FACTORY PROCESS AUDIT:• Audit for the Process & Man power (man power turnover ratio).• Audit for the process (FIFO or LIFO) material incoming and outgoing for production in material warehouse. Material storages process. • Audit from Cutting to Finishing of the product’s process and machineries & equipment for the footwear manufacturing.• HR, Safety of the employees.• QA & QC process audit, Warehouse – availability of all equipment’s in warehouse.

• Able to handle the responsibility of Product development independently • Dealing with customer and improved comments • Meeting attend with Managers and buyers and solving various issues• Dealing with the Respective International Vendors and manage them. • Check the Quality standards.• Technical input in the process of product development e.g. Size set Approvals, Fit Approvals, PPApprovals.• Following up closely with suppliers on developments to ensure that the product is on brand andSampling due dates are achieved.• Updating critical path charts and other charts to support the development operations.• Assigned the task of keeping eyes on the shoe making steps while sampling/product development • Dealing with suplier how to reduce costing and meet with customer requirement.• Time oriented work with best quality product
