In my role as a Senior Officer: FP & Analysis at Nepal Mediciti, one of the leading healthcare providers in Nepal, I collaborate with my team to plan and analyze the financial performance and efficiency of the organization. We prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, reports, and dashboards, using advanced Excel skills and tools. We also provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the management and stakeholders, to help them make informed and strategic decisions.I am passionate about learning and developing my skills in different domains. I am currently pursuing my MBA degree at York St. John University, where I am applying strategic and critical thinking, leadership and communication skills, and ethical and social responsibility principles to various business scenarios and challenges. I am also a finalist for the ACCA certification, which demonstrates my proficiency and knowledge in accounting and finance. Additionally, I have completed multiple online courses on topics such as learning how to learn, AI for everyone, and Excel skills for business. My goal is to leverage my education, experience, and competencies to make a positive impact in the healthcare sector and beyond.
