I am the Head of Platform Engineering at Dexterity.ai, a global leader in AI-Powered Robots that Transform Warehouses. I lead the platform engineering that gives robots the ability to see, move, touch, think and learn. Also, I am currently a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the company's robotics platform, product and technology vision. My leadership spans Technical architecture, core engineering, product management, UX, AI, data, security, IT, documentation, support and operations. With over two decades of experience mostly in startups ( and few big companies) in distributed systems and enterprise software development, I have successfully built, led and scaled product development teams through successful exits (IPO's and acquisitions) and numerous acquisitions. I specialize in delivering cutting-edge, secure, and scalable solutions that address complex challenges, generate business value, and drive industry innovation.
