Syndicated Loans and Leveraged Finance:- Part of Credit Management Cell (CMC) handling Syndications & Leveraged Loans Portfolio of ~USD 3.5 bn spanning across three branches at New York, Chicago, Los Angeles with active participation in primary and secondary market deals involving Mergers & Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts, Spin-offs, Dividend Recapitalization, Debt Refinancing etc.- Underwriting of Syndicated Loans in compliance with Bank’s credit policy and US Regulatory guidelines.- Presenting credit proposals to the appropriate credit committees to facilitate credit approvals, managing proposals’ process flow through internal Loan Lifecycle Management System (LLMS).- Liaising with counterparty banks for participation in primary market syndication loan deals, attending lenders presentation, road shows and participation in industry forums and conferences.- Monitoring Trade settlements through ClearPar platform as per LSTA (Loan Syndications & Trading Association) guidelines.- Independent review and monitoring of syndicated loans portfolio based on sector/ industry trend reports, secondary market loan prices, movement in stock prices, external and internal ratings in line with approved credit policy and guidelines for US operations.

Branch Head: Retail Banking, SME LoansRelationship Manager (Small & Medium Enterprises)- Overall management of two branches with a business portfolio of Rs. 200 cr and Rs. 75 cr respectively mainly consisting of Retail Deposits and SME & Mortgage Loans Portfolio by leading a team of 10 members.- Responsible for defining plans to drive business growth, increase market share and achieve budgeted targets through planning, effective management and allocation of resources, strategizing to acquire new business and effective relationship management.- Overseeing branch operations and seamless running of day-to day business activities to ensure excellent customer service.- Additional assessment and Risk Rating of SME Loans, Underwriting, allocation and disbursement of Mortgage and Vehicle Loans.- Overall monitoring of loans portfolio to maintain the Asset Quality, optimize the rate of return, mitigation of credit concentration risk.- Ensuring compliance to policy and procedures, consistency in management reporting guidelines and successful completion of periodical regulatory audits of the branches.

Commercial Clients Group(CCG)- Mumbai- Handled portfolio (~overall size Rs. 2500 cr) of corporate customers having turnover from Rs. 50 cr – Rs. 500 cr.- Financial Analysis, Internal Credit risk Rating, drafting an appraisal memorandum, Assessment of Credit limits (Fund based & non-fund-based).- Analysis of Financial Follow-up Reports, Stock Statements, Credit Ratings Reports.- Post sanction processes including documentation, conducting consortium meetings, unit inspections.- Periodic review and regular monitoring of portfolio to maintain asset quality and earning potential.- Formulating account plans to capture maximum wallet share from the asset portfolio.- Co-ordinating during audit exercise of the asset portfolio at stipulated intervals in line with guidelines of the Bank and other regulatory agencies.- Liaising with external Credit Rating Agencies, Credit Information Companies etc. to ensure effective information facilitation during credit appraisal exercise.- Restructuring of loan accounts showing signs of stress based on techno economic viability parameters.

- Business Analyst as part of Global Procurement System (GPS) Team for its implementation in various geographies across the world. - Analysis of user requirements in Latin American (LATAM) geographies such as Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador etc. for suitable modifications in the existing system in place, drafting of user requirement documents, conducting functional testing.- Assessment of depreciation and procurement cost of all assets and its apportionment over various projects based on manpower allocation to determine the cost parameters and project profitability.- Integration of GPS with Purchase Order and Accounts Payable Module for effective end to end functioning of procure & pay mechanism for effective analysis of software and hardware costs incurred in various projects spanning across various subsidiaries and operating units of the organization.

Summer Internship with Risk Management Department.

- Software Engineer as part of team handling projects in Banking and Insurance Domain.- Requirement analysis, designing use cases and drafting functional system requirements, designing and testing.- Regular interaction with clients at onsite location to provide continuous functional support for effective resolution of system related issues.
