Hello! My name is Nirmallya, and I am an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in warehouse management, vendor management, distribution planning, and cost control. I am currently working as an Assistant Manager of Logistics for Petronas Lubricants (India) Pvt Ltd in Kolkata.Over the years, I have demonstrated my ability to drive change and transform operations through strategic planning and execution. In my current role, I am responsible for the complete warehousing operations, complete commercial processes and last-mile deliveries for 11 states across East India, including Bhutan. I manage inbound and outbound logistics belonging to three businesses of Petronas Lubricants (India) Pvt Ltd, for Industrial, OEM AM, and Retail.I am also an expert in capability building, business analytics, and distribution planning. I have spearheaded multiple projects at warehouses, such as WMS, warehouse consolidation and various material servicing models implementation such as FDFR model, MOQ order replenishment model, and research on strategic locations through heat mapping for finalization of new warehouse strategic location.As a logistics professional, I am well-versed in vendor management, budgeting, costing, and control mechanisms. I have hands-on experience in handling regular transactions and dealings with vendors I am also an expert in zero-based budgeting techniques for formulating budget workings for each year, opex and capex budgeting, and deployment of cost control mechanisms in critical GLs such as tertiary freight, secondary freight, C&F, courier, etc.Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my outstanding achievements and contributions. I secured 2nd place in Rising Executives Program ECA project in the year 2017 in Asian Paints. I was adjudged as the "EAST Division Champion" for Best Safety Practices adopted in Warehouses in the year 2014-15, 2015-16, Asian Paints. I was awarded the prestigious "SSC Champions Award" for exceptional work in managing vendors and enhancing efficiency in payment process mechanisms throughout in the year 2016-17, in Asian Paints. Overall, I am a dynamic, results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in logistics operations.
