• Sending training programs invites via system and informing participants to register for the programs, while block their calendars.• Coordinating training programs from end to end such as producing training materials for in-house courses and organizing other services such as making the reservations for hotels, hall setup etc.• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires.• The data gathered from the survey is developed into multimedia visual aids and presentations, which are presented to the client • Raising and coordinating the payment of the training programs• Handling the training dashboard, TNA dashboard, Leadership dashboard and updating dashboards to master sheets.• Coordinating as a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties at the client organization.• Liaising with institutes to allocate participants for certain courses, exams etc.
