The project was in Corporate with the chief scientist delegation.The goal was to efficient the electronic production in Israel by promoting the assemblies yields and improvement of the production process.During our sessions we were characterized information system which framed on Production follow up by distribution of the production alignment into stations.The system include additional module of failure data collection. At the Quality control stage by inputting the failures which found at the end of the assembly process and outputting the finding in a visual configuration by display it on the original layout of the assembly.
