Responsible for collecting intelligence in the fields of counterterrorism and criminal justice (part of the Israeli intelligence community) to detect, decode and prevent crime cases in Israel.

A new world-class medical center, La Paz Medical Center in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea offers up to date approaches to complex medical problems and is owned by the President of the Equatorial Guinea.As Head of Security I built a detailed security plan that included:• Security circles • Camera locations • Training of security staff • Briefings theft prevention and loss prevention • Procedures guiding helicopter arrivals • Mass casualty incident management• Control and facilitating local and foreign teams and external suppliers of 400 employees• Building regulations and fire protection Other responsibilities include:• Cooperation with police and army commanders as security• Manage approx. 60 security guards & police officers • Manage security procedures for 200 workers who sleep in the Hotel La Paz • Also included in my responsibilities was to take manage problems of guests and employees and coordinate with local police to ensure their personal safety• Build an evacuation plan in case of a disaster or a political shift to another state• Responsible for maintenance and control of a fleet of 15 vehicles and 10 drivers• Participation in the National Conference on security issues in collaboration with foreign embassies.
