As the country CARM (Community Accountability and Reporting Mechanisms) at Mercy Corps, I am passionate about empowering communities to voice their needs and concerns, and ensuring that our programs are responsive and transparent. With a background in legal assistance and translation, I have a strong skill set in project planning, conflict resolution, and communication. I have worked with the International Legal Foundation for over seven years, managing their database and providing legal translation services for their clients in various countries. I hold a master's degree in humanitarian action and conflict management from the University of Siena. With more than eight years of work experience in the humanitarian and legal sectors, I am committed to advancing the mission of Mercy Corps and contributing to their diverse and dynamic team.
