Nirmit Srivastav is enrolled with the bar council of Uttar Pradesh and is currently inducted as a partner in a boutique law firm- Risis Legal, based out of Lucknow.He has hands on experience in handling litigation pertaining to Civil Laws, Property Laws, Arbitration Laws, Consumer Laws, Personal Laws, Administrative Laws and Laws governing Real Estate amongst others. He appears in matters relating to civil, commercial service and labour laws amongst others.Nirmit is also proficient in drafting various property related documents including but not limited to Project Contracts, Tender Documents, Commercial Leases, Joint Real Estate Development Agreements, Sale & Purchase of Residential and Commercial Real Estate requiring negotiation, advising and handling step by step processes involved in conveyance of large Real Estate Projects. He also specializes in due diligence of title and regulatory compliances on large Real Estate Projects thereby handling a gamut of operations relating to due diligence.He is regularly appearing before the Lucknow bench High court, and other courts and tribunals of Lucknow. Nirmit is an Alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune and in the past he completed his certification course on Finance law from the London School of Economics, London, UK.
