My role in the company was as follows :Project Management :• Successfully handled the team of civil contractors, labors including electricians, carpenters, plumbers and HVAC consultants in the day to day functioning of the mall.• Carefully examined and corrected the drawings of retailers and their requirement for electrical load and water supply and made provision for the same, as per builder’s guideline framed for the tentants.• Designed the interior layout of a retail shop including all the service drawings like HVAC, fire fighting, heating and electrical drawings.Operations :• Coordinated with SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) and project head from the client side to give commissioning and take-over of the facility and its assets to the vendors for HVAC ( Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System) , Elevators, Escalators, Fire Fighting System and other facility services inside the mall.• Executed the interiors of more than 1 million SqFt of Retail, Food Courts and Multiplex which include the fit-outs of 30 retail stores including Marks & Spenser, Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Mac and Food courts like KFC, Pizza hut, Subway etc.
